Apple-platform prelaunch purchase and license information

HELIOS DRIFT is provided by Slate Oak LLC, doing business as Slate Oak Games. The game is in development. This page describes the planned purchase options; it does not announce public availability or a live offer. It is information, not a separate custom end-user license agreement.

Play the opening for free

The planned free game includes Sector 1 and its boss, Daily Eclipse with stock loadouts, the starter Viper-Skiff and Rigshop tiers 1–2. Optional purchases are one-time, non-consumable purchases through Apple's App Store, with no subscription.

Planned purchase options

• Full Horizon Pass: planned USD $2.99 launch price; USD $4.99 regular price. Unlocks Sectors 2–6 and their bosses, Endless Overdrive, multi-sector All-Time ranked runs, Rigshop tiers 3–5 and access to earn all four Skiff chassis through gameplay.
• Founder's Overcharge Bundle: planned USD $4.99 launch price; USD $6.99 regular price. Includes Full Horizon Pass and the four Founder cosmetic perks listed below.
• Founder's Cosmetic Pack: planned USD $1.99 launch price; USD $2.99 regular price. Intended for Full Horizon Pass owners who want the same four cosmetic perks.

The four planned cosmetic perks are Solar-Gold Obsidian Hull Finish, Eclipse Plasma Thruster Ribbon, Vanguard Tactical Visor & Twin-Booster Harness for the Fennec companion, and Golden [FOUNDER] Pilot Emblem for the hangar banner and exported HD3 Ghost Dare share cards. Founder cosmetics add no stat boosts.

Launch pricing is planned for the first 14 days after actual public release. No release date or sale-end date is announced. These are planned US-dollar base prices, not current localized offers. Apple displays the available price and confirms a purchase before payment. All three products are configured for Family Sharing; eligibility depends on Apple's family settings and release verification.

Buying Pass and Cosmetic Pack separately is not guaranteed to cost the same as the Bundle. No automatic upgrade credit, price-difference refund or discount is promised. Check the contents and Apple's displayed price before choosing a product.

Purchases and saved progress

Purchase, restore, offline-access and Family Sharing behavior are still undergoing release verification. Use the game's Restore Purchases option to request eligible purchased access from Apple when available. Restoring purchases does not restore deleted local progress. Keep the app and its saved data while asking for help; do not delete or reset it to troubleshoot missing access.

The game's App Store configuration uses Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. Read that agreement for the license terms.
